Father's Day 2022

Today, I am thinking about my father, who made everything fun and funny, and who taught me how to be strong and fair by watching him; and I'm thinking of my grandfather who helped me to learn about myself by introducing me to all the creatures by the "happy brook" near my house, to learn to appreciate every living thing in the world in order to find my place in it.

They say a father teaches you to walk in the sun, because he will always carry the umbrella; and a father teaches you how to carry kindness and love in your heart with every step of your journey, so you will have the fortitude to meet every challenge along the way -- and most of all, so you will never be truly lost.
