The ceremony began with a recording of "The Rainbow Connection," from The Muppet Movie. As the song played, seven different kids from their families created the rainbow road by grabbing a spool of single colored ribbon to the beat of the song, and pulled their color through the standing crowd to create an aisle. These two walked in on the rainbow road with each of their parents, and after their ceremony, exited UNDER THE RAINBOW ROAD. It just doesn't get more perfect than this!
