Dawn Engagement Session // Lincoln Memorial // Washington DC

We met Allie and Nilanj shortly before sunrise on a crisp Fall morning, on the hallowed steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Capturing the love between this beautiful, dynamic couple at the dawning of a new day, against the backdrop of this renowned temple, was awe-inspiring. We had to put our creative navigation skills into high gear to skirt around a few other couples who had the same idea in mind (with all of the ladies choosing to wear red dresses!), along with a wedding and a military ceremony, too. Through it all, Allie and Nilanj kept their good humor and we made a little magic of our own to match the gorgeous sunrise. We are so happy for this special couple, who are also doing amazing work to make the world a better place. We can't wait to celebrate their Wedding Day with them!
